Jillian is a family mediator who practices in Boise, Idaho. Jillian has 13 years of experience working in the mental health field and has her bachelors in criminal justice, with a minor in psychology. During her time working with the mentally ill and vulnerable populations, Jillian learned many conflict resolution and crisis intervention skills, which have ultimately drawn her to the field of mediation. Jillian also facilitates support groups and courses to women through her practice at Goddess LLC and specializes in empowerment and self-worth. Jillian has served on the Idaho Mediation Association board for the past 3 years and has served as the interim Vice President for the past year. Jillian is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Idaho State Bar, and the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Jillian has completed training to mediate cases involving domestic violence and desires to contribute to the expansion of this field.

Jillian's passion for relationship health, strong communication skills, and empowerment, have led her to use meditation as a means to encourage productive dispute resolution. Jillian finds it very satisfying to be able to provide a more peaceful means of navigating divorce and other highly emotional conflicts, through mediation. Jillian's style of mediation is a narrow, facilitative approach, which means she addresses specific, measurable problems, with a neutral method, allowing her clients to dictate the outcome.
